SD Worx acquires Integrho and reinforces its presence in Spain

The leading European HR solutions provider SD Worx has acquired Integrho, a supplier of payroll software for the local Spanish market, headquartered in Barcelona. With this acquisition, SD Worx further strengthens its business in Spain, where it sees a lot of growth potential. 

Integrho is a privately owned Spanish company, founded in 1994. It develops, installs and supports innovative solutions for the human resources management of any type of organisation, both public and private, based on the latest technologies available. 25 colleagues serve around 150 customers active in Spain, such as Orden San Juan de Dios, Porcelanosa and Pronovias. Integrho currently processes payslips for over 150,000 employees.

    We started a partnership with Integrho one year ago and thus we know their team and products well. I look forward to working with this new group of talented and motivated people, and feel a great cultural fit. This will certainly help to further roll-out our ambitious growth plans to evolve to 500 colleagues who support more than 300 customers in the next five years and to further expand our presence from three to five locations across Spain. That way we operate literally close to our customers, who we support with domestic HR and payroll solutions. As we are a European company, we can even help them with their international business across Europe.
